Cygames Partners with Breeders' Cup to Sponsor the Cygames Breeders' Cup Sprint for the Second Year Running

TOKYO — Oct. 2, 2025 — Video game publisher and developer Cygames, Inc. (HQ: Shibuya, Tokyo; President: Koichi Watanabe, hereinafter referred to as "Cygames") has formed a partnership with Breeders' Cup Limited again this year to sponsor the Cygames Breeders' Cup Sprint at the Breeders' Cup World Championships (hereinafter referred to as the "Breeders' Cup") for the second year running.

The Breeders' Cup: A Global Festival of Racing

Featuring fourteen Grade 1 races during two days of elite racing worth more than $34 million in purses and awards, Breeders' Cup will once again bring together the world's greatest horses, owners, breeders, trainers, and jockeys Oct. 31 - Nov. 1 at Del Mar Thoroughbred Club in Del Mar, California.

The Cygames Breeders' Cup Sprint to be Held Nov. 1

The Cygames Breeders' Cup Sprint, scheduled for Nov. 1, is a 1,200-meter (six-furlong) race held on a dirt track for male and female horses three years old and up, and features a purse worth $2 million (USD). In addition, the Cygames logo will be emblazoned on the starting gate and the saddle towels of the contending horses.
