More cast, staff also revealed for series based on manga by One-Punch Man's ONE

The official website for the television anime of ONE's Mob Psycho 100 manga began streaming the show's first promotional video on Friday with English subtitles. Takahiro Sakurai narrates the video as his character Arataka Reigen. The video reveals that the anime will premiere in July.

The anime stars:

Setsuo Itō as Shigeo "Mob" Kageyama

Yoshimasa Hosoya as Tenga Onigawara
Atsumi Tanezaki as Tome Kurata
Yoshitsugu Matsuoka as Teruki Hanazawa
Ayumi Fujimura as Ichi Mezato
Uki Satake as Tsubomi

Yuzuru Tachikawa (Death Parade) is directing the anime at BONES (Fullmetal Alchemist, Eureka Seven, Space Dandy, Blood Blockade Battlefront). Hiroshi Seko (Ajin) is overseeing the scripts, Yoshimichi Kameda (One-Punch Man animation director) is the character designer, Kazuhiro Wakabayashi (Eureka Seven, Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, Soul Eater) is the sound director, and Kenji Kawai (Ghost in the Shell, Hana Moyu, Patlabor) is composing the music. Additional staff members include:

Art Director: Ryō Kōno
Color Design: Shihoko Nakayama
Director of Photography: Mayuko Furumoto

The story revolves around "Mob," a boy who will explode if his emotional capacity reaches 100%. This boy with psychic powers earned his nickname "Mob" because he does not stand out among other people. He keeps his psychic powers bottled up so he can live normally, but if his emotional level reaches 100, something will overwhelm his entire body.

The manga creator ONE launched the Mob Psycho 100 series on Ura Sunday in 2012 and later in Shogakukan's Manga ONE app in 2014. Shogakukan published the 11th compiled book volume of the manga in December.

Another manga by ONE, One-Punch Man, inspired the recent television anime.
