Right Stuf's Nozomi Entertainment Announces Boogiepop Phantom Complete TV Series

Entire 12-episode television series in one DVD set scheduled for June 2012.

GRIMES, Iowa, Feb. 22, 2012 – Anime producer and distributor Right Stuf, Inc. and its Nozomi Entertainment division are pleased to announce the BOOGIEPOP PHANTOM Complete TV Series DVD set will be available on June 5, 2012.

This new, value-priced DVD collection will include the entire 12-episode Boogiepop Phantom anime TV series in a single keepcase.

The Boogiepop Phantom television series features animation by Studio Madhouse (Redline, Death Note, Batman: Gotham Knight), with direction by Takashi Watanabe (Slayers, Shakugan no Shana, Ikki Tousen, Lost Universe) and series concept by Sadayuki Murai (Millennium Actress, Kino's Journey, Perfect Blue).

Created by Kouhei Kadono, the acclaimed Boogiepop series spans more than 14 light novels, multiple light-novel spin-offs and two manga series, in addition to the animated television series and a live-action prequel movie (which is also available from Right Stuf's Nozomi Entertainment).

Boogiepop Phantom aired on television in North America on the FUNimation Channel, Comcast's Anime Selects, Anime Network, ImaginAsian and G4. Several of the novels and both manga are published in North America by Seven Seas Entertainment.
