Webtoon-Based Animated Series Acorn Culture Center Premieres on June 1

Story centers on workaholic middle manager at large corporation who gradually undergoes personal transformation

Korean public TV network EBS began airing the animated adaptation of the webtoon Acorn Culture Center on June 1. The series will broadcast every Sunday at 10:00 a.m. KST on EBS.
Based on the webtoon created by Nanda and serialized between 2021 and 2023 on Kakao Webtoon, Acorn Culture Center follows Du-ri Go, a workaholic middle manager at a large corporation who is sent undercover to a culture center on company orders. There, she gradually undergoes a personal transformation as she experiences classes in calligraphy, knitting, and menopause dance.
The animation is co-produced by EBS and 5Bricks.
Currently, an English version of the original webtoon is not available.
