Anime Detour Hosts Donation Drive for Greg Ayres

The Minnesota anime convention Anime Detour is currently hosting a donation drive for voice actor Greg Ayres (Ouran High School Host Club's Kaoru Hitachiin, Sengoku Basara's Kenshin Uesugi, Negima!'s Negi Springfield).
Anime Detour notes on the donation site that Ayres was the victim of an assault when he was younger that affected his teeth, and his dental bridge has recently fallen out. Anime Detour also notes that as a result Ayres cannot currently voice act. The donation site states that Ayres will need a "complete rebuild of his dental bridge to fix the damage."
Anime Detour's goal for the drive is to raise US$10,000. Anime Twin Cities, Inc., Anime Detour's parent company, will match donations for the first US$5,000 donated in the drive. If the goal of US$10,000 is reached, Anime Detour stated it will donate any excess donations to other anime community members in need.
