1st Ever Dead or Alive Festival Will Stream on August 1

Japan is holding its first-ever Dead or Alive Festival fan event celebrating the lovely ladies from the fighting franchise. The event will stream live on YouTube starting at 12:00 a.m. EST on August 4.

The event will include a cosplay contest featuring Taiwanese celebrity cosplayer Neneko and special appearances by Honoka voice actress Ai Nonaka and Marie Rose voice actress Mai Aizawa. An in-game photo contest followed by a world exhibition match of some of the best Dead or Alive players and game news will finish out the event.

Dead or Alive 5: Last Round shipped for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 on February 17 in North America, February 19 in Japan, and on February 20 in Europe. KOEI Tecmo also released the game for PC via Steam on March 30.
