Prevent the Cockroach Uprising With Terraformars Bug Spray, Traps

The upcoming Terraformars live-action film film has some practical advice to prevent the eventual evolution of cockroaches into bipedal, man-killing monsters: pesticide and traps.
The products are part of a larger marketing campaign that includes a Jouji Lab website, a company that appears in the film. The company is shown creating several real products by Earth Chemical, including Black Cap traps and Goki Jet Pro pesticide spray that are promoted in two recent advertisements. The film's character Shōkichi Komachi (played by Hideaki Ito) uses them to defeat a wave of incoming Martians.
The film will open in Japan on April 29, during the Golden Week holidays. Takashi Miike (live-action films of Ichi the Killer, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, Yatterman, As the Gods Will, Crows Zero, Mogura no Uta) is directing the film, and Kazuki Nakashima (Gurren Lagann, Kill la Kill) wrote the screenplay. A live-action prequel, Terraformars: Aratanaru Kibō (Terraformars: A New Hope), will premiere online on April 24.
