Voice Actors Taiki Hori, Chōcho Kiritani Announce Nuptials

Voice actors Taiki Hori and Chōcho Kiritani announced on their respective blogs that they tied the knot.
Hori (Sengoku Paradise Kiwami) wrote on Saturday, "Although I'm very excited about something person, I'll announce here that I got married. My partner is fellow voice actor Chōcho Kiritani. Since we are both voice actors, we have worked hard, co-starred together, and so we ended up married. I will continue my work and continue to vividly color my various roles."
Kiritani has appeared in anime series including Sockie's Frontier Quest, Shokupan Mimi, Nukko. and the Idolm@ster video game series as Miya Miyao.
She shared a picture of her wedding bouquet on her blog and also detailed some of the bittersweet emotions the wedding brought forward for her. Kiritani's grandmother passed away in 2016 and although she was able to attend her wake, she couldn't get out of work to attend the funeral the following day. It was a very emotional time for Kiritani who added her regrets about not being able to show her grandmother how she looks in her bridal gown.
She wrote she and Hori plan to build a "bright family" but that she plans to continue working.
"I want to work for about 50 years!" Kiritani wrote.
