Limited Boogiepop Shop Includes 'Creepy' Bath Bombs

A Boogiepop and Others shop will pop-up in Akihabara's Animate building with some cute and creepy surprises in tow. The shop will open on March 23 and include the usual acrylic figure stands, bromide prints, t-shirts and keychains. If you want to get your hands on the unusual stuff, you'll need to get there on opening day.
Staff will handout "creepy bath bombs" and illustration cards for free at 3:00 pm JT. The bath bomb is the same shade of blue as Boogiepop's coat and hat with the anime's title written across the front. Why is it creepy? What does it do? What could it possibly smell like?
The pop-up shop was planned to celebrate the first home video release of the Boogiepop and Others television anime. The shop will also have a display section of materials from the anime production to browse.
The supernatural mystery anime Boogiepop and Others premiered on January 4 with a one-hour special. Crunchyroll is streaming the series as it airs in Japan, and Funimation is also streaming the series. The anime will have 18 episodes.
