The Gallery Nucleus in the Los Angeles suburb of Alhambra is hosting the "Tokyo.Ten: 42 Views of Tokyo" exhibit from November 1 to November 17. The art show displays the collaborative output of 42 artists in the fields of video, illustration, and music. Two of the animated videos, "Hifana feat. Kei - Fatbros" and "DJ Uppercut - What You Standin' For," have been posted online. The W+K Tokyo Lab record label, a spinoff from the Wieden + Kennedy Tokyo creative agency, has published a DVD/book bundle called W+K Tokyo Lab Tokyo Ten that compiles all the work from the project's five-year history. Gallery Nucleus will hold the exhibit's opening reception on November 1 from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
