"Kiri-Kuma's" shorts turn mental models into teddy bears with original staff & cast

FlyingDog is streaming four more "Kiri-Kuma's" (literally, "Fog-Bear's") shorts. The shorts are paired with the reairing of Arpeggio of Blue Steel on the Tokyo MX TV and Sun TV stations.

That Intonation: The characters make a pun on the similar sounds between the words "Kyūsoku Senkō" (Super-Speed Submarine) and "Kyūai Kōdō" (Courtship Behavior).

Bare Naked Hot Spring: The skit is set in a hot spring, where a teddy bear version of Takao insists that her proportions are slim.

Haruna's Dictionary: Haruna creates a strange definition for the word "home security specialist," defining the word as someone who undertakes extreme and unbelievable training to learn skills to defeat an enemy who doesn't actually exist.

Combined Fleet Kiroshima-Haruna: A short skit between Kirishima and Haruna trying to combine (gattai) in vain, and Haruna learns about regret (kōkai)

Embarassed Takao+Dr. Hyūga: Takao now gets more conscious about her body line and asks Dr. Hyūga to make her slim, but Hyūga's machine ends up making her gigantic.

Kirishima's Ambition: Kirishima merely mumbles, "Maybe I'll buy a stuffed animal."

Kirishima's Ambition 3: Kirishima has an epiphany leading up from the previous skit, and says, "Maybe a starfish would be good..."

Combined Fleet Kirishima-Haruna 2: Looking at Kirishima and Haruna who failed to combine, two different stuffed bear think it is easy, but when Maya imagines what the combined form will look like, she runs away in horror.

Haruna's Dictionary 2: Haruna describes the word "cunning" as an adjective that refers to someone whose methods are pushy and shrewd, like broadcasting a TV show once again just to sneakily put in a one-minute commercial and put information about new songs at the bottom of the screen (a direct reference to Arpeggio of Blue Steel and its Kiri-Kuma shorts).

That Intonation: The bears make a pun on the similar sounds between the words "Kyūsoku Senkō" (Super-Speed Submarine) and Kibō Taishoku ("Voluntary" Retirement).

Commercial: The bears pitch the fifth Blu-ray Disc/DVD volume

Tango Festival: The bear celebrate Children's Day which is coming up on May 5.

"Kiri-Kuma's" reunites the staff and cast from the main Arpeggio of Blue Steel anime:
