Ponycan USA's 1st 2 releases detailed

Right Stuf International confirmed over Facebook on Monday that PonyCan USA's release of Yuki Yuna is a Hero will have an English dub.

Right Stuf opened pre-orders for the first Yuki Yuna is a Hero and Denki-Gai limited edition sets on Monday. Yuki Yuna is a Hero's first limited edition DVD and Blu-ray set will include the first four episodes with both Japanese and English voice tracks, a character song CD, 24-page color booklet, and two pin-up posters with illustrations by BUNBUN. The set will carry an MSRP of US$89.98.

Yuki Yuna is a Hero (Yūki Yūna wa Yūsha de Aru) takes place in the era of the gods, year 300. Yūna Yūki lives an ordinary life as a second year middle school student, but she's also a member of the "Hero Club," where club activities involve dealing with a mysterious being called "Vertex."

Denki-Gai's first limited edition DVD and Blu-ray set will include the first four episodes in Japanese, a character song CD, 24-page color booklet, and two pin-up posters with illustrations by the original manga's author Asato Mizu, and a double-sided poster with an illustration by Sin-Ei Animation. The set will carry an MSRP of US$89.98.

The "youthful bookstore comedy" Denki-gai no Honya-san revolves around the folks who work in a manga shop deep in a certain "Electric Town" neighborhood. ("Denki-Gai" or "Electric Town" is a popular name for shopping areas that specialize or used to specialize in electric and electronic items, like Tokyo's Akihabara.) The protagonist Umio works part-time at "BOOKS Umanohone" along with his senior at work (but not in age) Hiotan. As many dedicated manga fans visit the store, there is always something going on.

Customers who order either by February 28 will receive a "surprise gift." Right Stuf is also offering both at once with additional gift with purchase items.

Both sets will ship on April 10. These will be Ponycan USA's first two releases.

Thanks to Rukiia for the news tip.
