The manga centers on "Chronos Rulers," those who fight the time-eating demons that appear when people wish they could turn back time. The Chronos Rulers fight a time-manipulation battle against these demons.

Jun Fukuyama (Mr. Osomatsu's Ichimatsu, Code Geass' Lelouch) and Kaito Ishikawa (One Punch Man's Genos, My Hero Academia's Tenya Iida) star in the anime as Vict (pictured above left) and Kiri (right), respectively.

Masato Matsune (Chaos Dragon) is directing the series at project No.9 (And you thought there is never a girl online?, Girls Beyond the Wasteland, Tenshi no 3P). Michiko Yokote (Genshiken, RIN-NE, Handa-kun) is handling the series composition.
