Sword Art Online Arcade: Deep Explorer Arcade Game's Video Highlights Gameplay

"Exploration action" game to feature co-op play, collectible cards
Bandai Namco Amusement began streaming a promotional video on Friday for Sword Art Online Arcade: Deep Explorer, the new arcade game based on Reki Kawahara's Sword Art Online light novel series. The video highlights the gameplay, including the combat, progression mechanics, and conversing with characters.
In the game's story, within "The Seed" network suddenly a mysterious space appears called "Unknown." Kirito and others dive into Unknown via a game console called ViSTer at an arcade, and go on adventures within Unknown.
The game will launch in spring 2019. The game will feature co-op play for up to three players and collectible cards, but players can also play the game solo.
