Kōtarō Yamada launched a manga adaptation of Hirotaka Akagi and Kitsune Fuku's [Hihō] Ojōsama-kei Teihen Dungeon Haishinsha, Haishin Kiriwasure ni Kizukazu Dōgyōsha o Bokotteshimau ([RIP] A D-Tier Pampered Lady-Type Dungeon Streamer Forgets to End Her Stream and Beats Up a Colleague) light novel series on Shogakukan's Sunday Webry website on Wednesday.

The manga's title is Ojōsama-kei Teihen Dungeon Haishinsha, Meiwaku-kei wo Bokottara Bazutte Densetsu ni Nattemasu wa!? (A D-Tier Pampered Lady-Type Dungeon Streamer Beats Up a Griefer-Type, Goes Viral, and Becomes a Legend!?).

The original story is set a few years after dungeons began appearing in the modern world. Karin Yamada is a "dungeon streamer," a new kind of streamer who live streams their expeditions in the dungeon. Though she has adopted the character of a classy rich lady, with zero views and three subscribers, she is decidedly obscure, and depressed about it. One day, she stumbles on an adventurer trying to stir up trouble for views by causing an explosion in a dungeon. Karin immediately leaps into action and stops it by beating up the adventurer. Little did she know that the adventurer was also streaming to a wide audience, who all saw her beating up and lecturing the adventurer. The incident propels her to overnight popularity.

Akagi began serializing the original story under the pseudonym Dragon Tanishi in the Kakuyomu website in June 2023, where it is still updating with new chapters. Shogakukan published the first print volume with illustrations by Kitsune Fuku in October 2023, and the fourth novel volume debuted on Wednesday. The novel series ranked at #10 in the bunkobon rankings of the 2025 edition of Takarajimasha's Kono Light Novel ga Sugoi! (This Light Novel Is Amazing!) guidebook last year.

Akagi launched the SHIMONETA light novel series with illustrations by Eight Shimotsuki in 2012, and ended the series with the 11th volume in February 2016. The novels inspired a television anime in 2015.

Yamada (Sword Art Online: Project Alicization) launched a manga adaptation of Yomi Hirasaka and illustrator Kantoku's Henjin no Salad Bowl (A Salad Bowl of Eccentrics) light novel series on the Sunday Webry website in September 2022, and ended it in November 2024. The manga's sixth and final compiled book volume released on January 10.
