OceanVeil Streams Room of Guilty Pleasure AnimeFesta Anime Early on September 12

OceanVeil announced on Tuesday that it will add the AnimeFesta anime adaptation of Kentie's Room of Guilty Pleasure (Guilty Hole: Oshiego Shika Shimei Dekinai Mise) adult manga as an early release on September 12 at 4:00 a.m. EDT. The service will stream the first episode's uncensored version.

The company also revealed the cast, which includes:

• Mai Hoshino as Amai Miruku
• Makoto Hojo as Chiyoki Remon
• Aya Hinata as Kanna Natsuki
• Mamoru Sasaki as Koki Nishiyama

AnimeFesta began streaming a promotional video for the anime, which announces the anime's staff, theme song "Ai Mu Guilty" (Love Dream Guilty) by Asahi Tachibana, and October 5 Japanese television premiere on Tokyo MX and BS11. (The anime will also stream in Japan simultaneously on the AnimeFesta service in the edited "on-air" version and unedited "premium" version, as well as on YouTube with its own version.)

Saburō Miura is directing the series at Studio Hōkiboshi, and is also in charge of the series scripts. Minakyawaakapiv is designing the characters. Miyako Nishida is the chief animation director. Kanata Kawanobe is the color key artist. Chan Do Kim Fan is the art director and is also in charge of art setting. Kyo Airisu is the compositing director of photography.

"Please pick your favorite student..." The thing that appeared before the overworked teacher, Mr. Sasaki, was “Guilty Pleasure.” He thinks he's having a dream when he sees the student's shoe lockers have been transformed into selection panels... seeing one that catches his eye, he joking picks her... When she appears in his classroom in the middle of the night, throwing insults at him, but her eyes seem to linger on him, tinged with embarassment. "I'll finish this quickly so... Don't hold back, ok...?" Thus begins a forbidden relationship... Welcome to Guilty Pleasure, where anything is allowed--

Kentie launched the manga in October 2023. WWWave Corporation publishes the manga digitally on its Comic Goichi platform. Suiseisha released one compiled volume of the manga on November 18. Coolmic releases the manga in English digitally. BookWalker also hosts the manga.

WWWave Corporation owns the ComicFesta web manga service, as well as the AnimeFesta anime programming block. AnimeFesta (formerly Anime Zone and ComicFesta Anime) has produced short anime adaptations of over 25 manga from ComicFesta in the past six years, with many of the manga being adult or risque in nature. The first AnimeFesta anime was On a Lustful Night Mingling with a Priest (Sōryo to Majiwaru Shikiyoku no Yoru ni...), whose Japanese title has led to AnimeFesta anime sometimes being called "Sōryo-waku" (Sōryo-type) by fans. Most of the anime series have two different versions: a "broadcast" version (the censored version aired on television), and a "premium" uncensored version distributed online. WWWave Corporation releases many of the anime titles in English on its Coolmic website.
