CPM Unveils the Magical Kingdom of Munto

In November, Central Park Media set to release Munto and Black Jack: Parasite on DVD each priced at $19.99 SRP.

New York, NY (August 25, 2004) – Central Park Media announced its DVD releases for November, which includes Munto, a magical adventure from the Key Animator of Grave of the Fireflies and Akira and the Animation Director of New Kimagure Orange Road - Summer's Beginning. Osamu Tezuka's Black Jack: Parasite will also be available in November.

Both DVDs will have audio tracks in both English and Japanese with English subtitles, a pre-order date of October 11, 2004, and a street date of November 9, 2004.

Second sight is a curse for Yumemi, a psychic schoolgirl who just wants to be normal. But she's about to discover the true value of her gift, when Magical King Munto arrives in her world, with enemies in hot pursuit! Munto's realm is linked to ours by magic, but that power is fading, and his world is on the brink of death.
