New Digital Platform 'AFA Station Festival Online Week' Brings The Best Of AFA Online

SINGAPORE, 26 August 2020 – SOZO, the company behind South-East Asia's biggest Japanese Pop Culture event “Anime Festival Asia,” is proud to announce the launch of a new digital platform “AFA STATION Festival Online Week”. The first AFA STATION Festival Online Week will have three key days spanning over one week: 30th August - Saturday (previously announced as 29th August), and 5th & 6th September - Saturday & Sunday, online via afastation.com.

Much like the past physical events held in Singapore, Jakarta, Bangkok, and Kuala Lumpur, AFA STATION Festival Online Week strives to bring the festival experience to fans everywhere, through their PCs and smart devices. AFA STATION is hosted on a special customised platform, showcasing various functionalities such as video streaming, content launches, virtual exhibition and e-commerce, and community interaction.

AFA STATION Festival Online Week will feature exclusive anime, games, and products including “Genshin Impact”, “Honkai Impact 3”, “No Straight Roads”, “SINoALICE”, and more! Fans can also look forward to previews of products from BANDAI SPIRITS, Kotobukiya, and other top Japanese manufacturers. AFA STATION Festival Online Week will kick off with a special merchandise and promotion event titled “Akiba Town Online” on 30th August. Mr Shogo Maeda from Pokelabo -- the producer of mobile game SINoALICE (developed by Pokelabo and Square Enix), will make a special appearance to share more about the global version of the game.
