Plot Summary:
Miss China, a young Chinese girl, runs a restaurant in England. Dr Breckenridge and Jim are boarders that live upstairs. Unfortunately, Miss China has a problem with getting the rent from them because they spend all their money on wild inventions. The latest one allows people to travel to the moon. No one believes them, so they devise a way to prove it.
