Game launches for Switch, Switch 2 in late June
Bandai Namco Entertainment streamed a new trailer showcasing the basic gameplay in the Tamagotchi Plaza game on Saturday.
Tamagotchi Plaza will launch for the Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 in Japan on June 26 and globally on June 27.
The Strong National Museum of Play in Rochester, New York inducted Tamagotchi (1996) into the World Video Game Hall of Fame.
Nintendo will release the new Switch 2 console worldwide on June 5.
