Yeah, this is one of the best Doodles I can remember. It's like Wario Ware: Tokusatsu Edition!

Congrats to his 114th birthday to a man who certainly had an indirect impact on anime/manga. While it is a certainly religion there, he became Catholic in his later life. I can cite this with proof from p. 28-9 of the '07 book, "Eiji Tsuburaya: Master of Monsters: Defending the Earth with Ultraman and Godzilla".

I like how thast photograph depicts Godzilla pointing out something to a similarly-sized man who's looking at the general direction Godzilla is pointing.

That's a really neat doodle Google put up. Those mini-games were fun to play.

I always loved the effects in the old Godzilla movies, you knew they were models but they were really really good models. There's a lot of us that were kids and were really happy everytime to see Tsuburaya-san's work.

Doesn't seem to work right on my tablet. Pretty cool game though, reminds me of WarioWare.

So that's why Google had that image. Yeah, a great man. I never knew who he was but I grew up on his works. It wasn't until sometime in 2013 did I learn about him.
