B Rappers Street Anime Airs Within Oha-Suta Program

The March issue of Shogakukan's Coro Coro Comics magazine announced on Friday that the B Rappers Street anime will premiere in April within the Ota-Suta ("Good Morning Star") children's television program.

The project is a collaboration between Shogakukan, Sony Interactive Entertainment, Sony Music Entertainment, and Sony Music Communications, and features a theme of rap and hip-hop.

Pie in the sky (Ahare! Meisaku-kun, GraP & RodeO) is producing the anime. Subaru Kimura is starring in the show as the character Yōhei, a boy who raps to the beat of his farts.

The manga will launch in the April issue of Coro Coro Comics on March 15. Kōhei is drawing the manga.
