Masami Yuuki's 'Shinkurō, Hashiru!' Manga Transfers Magazines

The December issue of Shogakukan's Monthly Spirits magazine announced on Saturday that Masami Yuuki's Shinkurō, Hashiru! (Shinkurō, Run!) manga is moving from the magazine to the same publisher's Weekly Big Comic Spirits magazine. The manga will start serialization in Weekly Big Comic Spirits magazine's seventh 2020 issue, which will ship on January 11. The manga will start a new arc in the issue.
The announcement also stated that Yuuki will publish a new manga in Monthly Spirits, and noted that 2020 will mark the 40th anniversary of Yuuki as an artist.
Yuuki launched the manga in Monthly Spirits in January 2018. The manga's third volume will ship on January 11. The manga is a historical series about the Warring States period daimyō (feudal lord) Ise Shinkurō, later known as Hōjō Sōun.
Yuuki's Tetsuwan Birdy Evolution (Birdy the Mighty Evolution) series ran from 2008 to 2012 in Weekly Big Comic Spirits. The series is a sequel to his Tetsuwan Birdy (Birdy the Mighty) manga remake that ran in Shogakukan's Weekly Young Sunday and Big Comic Spirits magazines. The manga versions of Birdy the Mighty have not been released in North America, but Central Park Media and Funimation released the various anime adaptations, and Viz Media released some of Yuuki's Mobile Police Patlabor manga.
