SSSS.Gridman Anime Takes Over Akihabara to Mark Premiere

For a limited time beginning on October 6, the SSSS.Gridman anime will "hijack" the PC monitors of some of the shops in Tokyo's Akihabara Electric Town area. Some participating shops will also offer "original novelties."
Hyper Agent Gridman himself will patrol Akihabara Electric Town on October 6, the day the anime premieres. Participating shops include the head locations of the Tsukumo and Dospara computer stores. People who make purchases on the day of the event and provide their receipts will be able to take photographs with Gridman.
In addition, the anime will get a pop-up shop in The Akihabara Container store from October 6-14. Special merchandise will be available for purchase and panels and figures will be on display.
Studio Trigger and Tsuburaya Productions' anime will premiere on October 6. Funimation will stream the anime on its FunimationNow streaming service this fall, and it will have an English dub.
