Masterchef Winner Talks Totoro on Podcast

The British podcast 90 Minutes or Less, in which guests talk about films of no more than 90 minutes, has released an episode in which the chef Tim Anderson, who won the 2011 round of the BBC series MasterChef, talks about director Hayao Miyazaki and his 1988 film My Neighbor Totoro.

Tim Anderson is a freelance chef, food writer and consultant. He appears regularly on Jamie Oliver's Food Tube and Drinks Tube and Radio 4's The Kitchen Cabinet. He is also the author of the cookery book Nanban: Japanese Soul Food and he opened a Brixton restaurant with the same name in 2015.
