Titan Manga announced on Monday that it will release Nahato, Kazutomo Miya, and Shinichirō Nariie's The One. Later On... (Sono Mono. Nochi ni...) manga on March 31, 2026. The first volume of the manga is available for pre-order on Forbidden Planet in the U.K., and will be available on other North American retailers.

Titan Manga describes the story:

Wazu's life was forever changed when he was rejected by the hero's party and forced to leave his hometown. Once a weak, ordinary boy, he spent two years training alone in the mountains to prove his worth. Now, stronger and determined, Wazu returns to a world that has moved on — only to find his childhood friend, Aria, engaged to the hero who once mocked him. Heartbroken, Wazu embarks on a new journey, facing misunderstandings, new relationships, and the challenge of finding his place in a world that has changed.

Nariie is drawing the manga based on writer Nahato and illustrator Kazutomo Miya's light novel series. The novel series launched on the Shosetsuka ni Naro website in September 2015, and ended in August 2016. Earth Star Entertainment released the novel series in 12 main volumes and one spinoff volume in print. The manga launched in August 2018, and Earth Star Entertainment published the sixth volume in November 2022.

Nariie launched the See You Tomorrow at the Food Court (Food Court de, Mata Ashita.) manga on Kadokawa's Comic Newtype web manga site in March 2020. The television anime adaptation of the manga will debut in July.

Nariie launched a manga adaptation of Takumi Hiiragi-Boshi's Absolute Duo light novel series in Kadokawa's Monthly Comic Alive magazine in July 2013, and ended it in July 2017 with four volumes. Seven Seas has released the manga in English. The creator launched the I Can't Date My Student... Can I? manga on X (formerly Twitter) in September 2023. Seven Seas will release the manga in English in January 2026.
