ANN is Back!

After more then two months of inactivity (ANN) is
back. Former editor in chief Isaac Alexander will no longer be involved in the administration of ANN. In his place, George "Cookie" Phillips and Christopher "Tempest" Macdonald will be sharing the responsibilities of Editor in Chief.

Anime News Network was created in the summer of 1998 by Justin Sevakis. Since then, Justin has moved on to bigger and better things. When Justin left ANN 6 months ago, Isaac Alexander became ANN Editor In Chief. Unfortunately, due to various constraints, Isaac was unable to give ANN the attention that it demanded. Justin will be returning to ANN in an advisory capacity. We thank both of them for their hard work to make Anime News Network a respectable website, and we wish them luck in their future endeavors, both anime and non-anime related.

Visitors can expect to see many changes made to ANN in the coming months, however the first and most important order for Phillips and Macdonald is to start posting the news in a timely and orderly fashion.

A bit about ANN's new EiCs

Phillips is a 19 year old otaku from State College PA. He is a mahou shoujo addict and has a curious obsession with catgirls. He can be e-mailed at [email protected]

Macdonald is a 25 year old System Engineer living in Montreal, PQ, Canada. He has been interested in Anime for over 10 years and is now such an addict that he has agreed to spend countless hours working with Cookie on ANN. He can be contacted here.

Now on with the news! ^_^
