Anime Farming Life in Another World 2 Set to Air in 2026

The original series of the hit slow-life farming fantasy Farming Life in Another World by Naito Kinosuke has surpassed 5.7 million copies in circulation. The story follows Hiraku, a young man who dies prematurely after a long illness and is transported to another world, where he is granted an all-powerful farming tool by the gods. Using the knowledge from his previous life, he enjoys a second life alongside the residents of this new world in a relaxing farming fantasy. The series was first adapted into an anime in 2023 and is set to return with the highly anticipated second season, Farming Life in Another World 2, in 2026.

During today's live broadcast, the second season was officially announced, along with the release of a teaser visual and teaser trailer. The visual depicts Hiraku, Loo, and Tier walking together through Great Tree Village, sharing a friendly moment and a peace sign that hints at the upcoming season. The teaser trailer features the three characters saying “Welcome back,” conveying the joy of reunion and raising expectations for the new story.

In addition,The first-ever game adaptation, titled Farming Life in Another World: Dreamy Life, has been officially announced. Pre-registration has also begun today via the official LINE account.
