Japanese Box Office, November 1-2

Ichi, the female re-imagining of the popular blind swordsman character Zatoichi from director Fumihiko Sori (Vexille, Ping Pong), dropped from #6 to #9 in its second week at the Japanese box office.
Tsuri Baka Nisshi 19: Yokoso! Suzuki Kensetsu Go-Ikkō-sama, the latest comedy film based on Juzo Yamasaki's Tsuri Baka Nisshi ("Diary of a Fishing Fool") manga, fell from #4 off the chart in its second week. Gekijōban Saraba Kamen Rider Den-O Final Countdown, the third movie based on live-action special-effects series Kamen Rider Den-O also dropped from #8 off the chart during its fifth weekend. The other film related to manga or anime to leave the chart, Paco and the Magical Book from Kamikaze director Tetsuya Nakashima, fell from #10 in its eighth weekend.
