Attack on Titan: No Regrets Anime's Promo Previews 1st Episode

Kodansha began streaming a promotional video for the anime adaptation of the spinoff manga Attack on Titan: No Regrets (Shingeki no Kyojin Gaiden: Kuinaki Sentaku) on Friday.
Text: Attack on Titan - The spin-off story No Regrets that tells the story of how Levi and Erwin met gets the very wished-for anime adaptation!
Levi: Farlan, Isabel. Let's go.
Narrator: The underground city. Protected by the shadows, it was the most safe place for people chosen to live there.
Man: I came to request a job.
Old man: If you complete this job, what you will receive is not just a large sum of money. It's a ticket to be accepted above ground.
Levi: Fine.
Text: How did Levi become the strongest soldier in humanity!?
Levi: Just like that bald guy said, as soon as those guys come out, our work starts.
Farlan: That movement...! These guys aren't the millitary!
Levi: It's them... That emblem of the wings of freedom... It's the Survey Corps.
Text: A thug from the underground city and the young unit captain of the Survey Corps and their sudden meeting.
Erwin: You're really quick at understanding situations. Have you ever undergone training?

Text: Attack on Titan: No Regrets - Part 1/2
The promotional video reveals that Kōji Yusa (Zettai Karen Children, Black Butler) and Mariya Ise (Yes! Precure 5, Hunter × Hunter) will join the cast as Farlan and Isabel, respectively. The new anime will come on two new original animation DVDs that will be bundled with the 15th and 16th volumes of the main manga on December 9, 2014 and April 9, 2015, respectively.
Artist Hikaru Suruga and writer Gan Sunaaku launched this spinoff manga in Kodansha's Aria magazine last fall, and Kodansha Comics is publishing it in North America. Kodansha Comics describes the story:
This prequel to megahit Attack on Titan answers the questions: How did Captain Levi of the Survey Corps go from street tough to humanity's strongest soldier? And how did Commander Erwin become a cold, calculating leader, ready to sacrifice anything to save the human race? The fires that forged this bond of loyalty and trust were intense indeed!
