God Eater 2: Rage Burst Special Edition PS4, Vita, PS TV Consoles Announced

The official Twitter account for the God Eater game series announced on Thursday that the Sony store will offer engraved special edition PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, and PlayStation TV editions for the upcoming God Eater 2: Rage Burst game. All the systems will ship on February 4, while the game itself is slated for February 19.
The special edition PS4 will retail for 41,980 yen (about US$355), while the special PS Vita will retail for 20,980 yen (about US$177) and the PlayStation TV for 16,280 yen (about US$138). Each system will have a black and white color option, with the exception of the special edition PlayStation TV (known as PlayStation Vita TV in Japan) which will only come in white.

God Eater 2: Rage Burst, an expansion of the original God Eater 2 PlayStation Portable and PS Vita game, will retail for 5,690 (about US$55) on PS Vita and 6,640 yen (about US$65) on PS4.
A television anime adaptation of the God Eater franchise was announced at this year's Tokyo Game Show. Takayuki Hirao will direct the anime at ufotable with character designs by Keita Shimizu (Tales of Phantasia, ToHeart2 key animation) and music by Gō Shiina (Kyousogiga, God Eater games).
