M&C! Licenses I'm Yours, I'm Home Manga

Both manga slated for release on July 27

Indonesian publisher M&C! announced on Tuesday that it has licensed Kana Nanajima's I'm Yours (Boku wa Kimi no mono) manga, and Kei Ishizaka's I'm Home manga.

I'm Yours centers on two childhood friends, Rikako and Tsubasa. When they were kids, Rikako always used to tease Tsubasa, saying that he had a girly face. They grew up, with Rikako protecting Tsubasa. But now, Rikako has become an extremely Normal Girl, while Tsubasa has grown up to be a very handsome and bold man. Tsubasa is in love with Rikako, but hates being coddled by her. Rikako hates always having to compare herself to the "perfect guy." When the high school entrance exams are coming up, Rikako thinks he and Tsubasa should go their separate ways, but Tsubasa won't allow her.

Nanajima launched the manga in the fifth 2015 issue of Shogakukan's Sho-Comi magazine, and ended it in the ninth issue of the same year. Shogakukan published the manga's single compiled book volume in June 2015. M&C! will publish the volume on July 27.

I'm Home centers around Hisashi Ieji, a skilled banker who unfortunately suffers from a demotion that forces him to live away from home. When his new apartment catches fire, he loses his memories after carbon monoxide poisoning. He forgets about his divorce, his second marriage, his daughter, and his entire family. 10 objects contained in his pocket contain a clue about his past, and so a long journey to rediscover himself begins.

Ishizaka launched the manga in Shogakukan's Big Comic Original magazine 1997, and ended it in 1998. Shogakukan published two compiled book volumes for the series. The manga inspired two live-action television series: one in 2004, and another that premiered in April 2015. M&C! will publish both volumes of the manga on July 27.
