March comes in like a lion Tops Da Vinci Magazine's Rankings for 2nd Year

The January 2017 issue of Kadokawa Media Factory's book and manga news magazine Da Vinci unveiled its 17th annual "Book of the Year" list on Tuesday. The rankings are not based solely on sales. Instead, a group of 5117 voters including book reviewers, writers, and bookstore employees selected this year's lists.

The magazine's comic rankings of the top 50 titles are:

  1. March comes in like a lion (Volumes 1-12) - Chika Umino
  2. One Piece (Volumes 1-83) - Eiichiro Oda
  3. Kochira Katsushika-ku Kamearikouen-mae Hashutsujo (Volumes 1-200) - Osamu Akimoto

March comes in like also topped the list last year. Attack on Titan and One Piece were also in last year's top five, alongside Detective Conan and Silver Spoon.
