Manga about group of childhood friends whose relationships change launched in 2011
Indonesian publisher Tiga Lancar announced on Wednesday that it has licensed Ei Nagayama's Eight Love (Hachi Hachi Koi Koi) manga.
Tiga Lancar describes the manga:
Uri, Roku, and Chouko have been three best friends since childhood, and they live in the Hachihachi shopping district. They used to have a friend named Haito, who moved away to Tokyo six years ago. When Haito, who was once whiny and a spoiled brat, moves back, he startles the three of them with his completely changed attitude and handsome appearance. He then shocks them again when he declares his love for Uri. In an instant, their relationships suddenly change.
Nagayama launched the manga in Shogakukan's Betsucomi magazine in 2011, and ended it in 2012. Shogakukan published the manga's one compiled book volume in April 2012.
