BlazBlue Alternative: Dark War Announced For iOS, Android Devices

Arc System Works launched a teaser site for a game titled BlazBlue Alternative: Dark War on Tuesday. According to the website, the game is "coming soon" and will launch on iOS and Android smartphone devices. Arc System Works also set up an official Twitter account for the game. The game's teaser site has a sample of the soundtrack and previews the game's story.
BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger, the BlazBlue franchise's first title, debuted as an arcade game in 2008. Arc System Works released several sequels, including BlazBlue Continuum Shift, BlazBlue: Clone Phantasma, and Blazblue: CentralFiction, as well as many spin-offs. The franchise inspired a TV anime adaption titled BlazBlue Alter Memory, which premiered in Japan in October 2013. Funimation streamed the series as it aired and licensed the series for home video.
Additionally, Arc System Works recently announced Blazblue Cross Tag Battle, a crossover game between the BlazBlue series and the Person 4 Arena fighting games, as well as French Bread's Under Night In-Birth game. The game will also include characters from Rooster Teeth's RWBY franchise.
