Hinamatsuri Anime Casts Yōko Hikasa, Ari Ozawa, Tsuyoshi Koyama, Kengo Kawanishi

Takako Tanaka, Yoshiki Nakajima, Rie Murakawa, Kaede Hondo also in super-powered yakuza comedy

The official website for the television anime of Masao Ohtake's Hinamatsuri manga announced additional cast members on Monday.

Yōko Hikasa as Utako, the manager of the Little Song bar

Ari Ozawa as Mao, a girl with telekinetic powers

Tsuyoshi Koyama as the young head of the Ashikawa-gumi yakuza

Kengo Kawanishi as Sabu, Nitta's little brother

The main cast also includes:

Takako Tanaka as Hina, a mysterious girl who stays as a freeloader in Nitta's home. She has telekinetic powers that allows her to move things. She normally acts like Nitta's daughter, and lives a life with little freedom. She normally has an expressionless poker face, but is very fond of salted salmon roe.

Yoshiki Nakajima as Yoshifumi Nitta, a young member of the Ashikawa-gumi yakuza group. He is an intelligent gangster who manages several aspects of the business, and is respected by everyone around him. He had lived a comfortable life as a bachelor until Hina barged into his life, and now he is treated as a divorcee single father. He is a do-gooder and often gets dragged into other people's business.

Rie Murakawa as Anzu, a girl with similar telekinetic powers to Hina, dispatched by the organization to eliminate Hina. She is ignorant of the outside world, and is very agressive, but she has a kind and expressive nature deep down. She is socially awkward, and can't make a living for herself, so she lives a homeless life.

Kaede Hondo as Hitomi Mishima, Hina's classmate who watches over her. At night, she works as a bartender. While she is easily dragged into trouble, her ability to adapt to situations has led to many unreliable adults to rely on her, so she is seen as a multi-talented "hyper woman."

The comedy manga centers around a super-powered girl named Hina, and Nitta, a young member of the yakuza. Hina suddenly appears in Nitta's room and threatens him with her extraordinary powers. However, they end up living together.

Kei Oikawa (Outbreak Company, My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU TOO!, This Art Club Has a Problem!) is directing the series at studio feel., and Keiichirō Ōchi (My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU TOO!, Outbreak Company, La Corda d'Oro Blue Sky) is both writing and overseeing the scripts. Katsura Matsubara is the assistant director, and Kanetoshi Kamimoto (Dagashi Kashi, Burst Angel) is both the chief animation director and character designer. Yasuhiro Misawa (Kokoro Connect, Yuruyuri - Happy Go Lily, Himouto! Umaruchan) is composing the music at Nippon Columbia.

Additional staff members include:

The anime will premiere in April.

Ohtake launched the manga in Enterbrain's Fellows! magazine in 2009, and the manga moved to Fellows! magazine's successor Harta. Kadokawa's imprint Enterbrain published the manga's 13th compiled book volume on September 15.
