God Eater Resonantoka Gekijō Short Anime's 'Episode 00' Streamed

Bandai Namco Entertainment began streaming an episode #00 for the "God Eater Resonantoka Gekijō" (God Eater Reso-Something-or-Other Theater) series of anime shorts on Friday.
Paraco Sasahara is directing the anime and is also handling the series composition. Passione and Creators in Pack are animating the series, and DMM.futureworks is credited with animation cooperation. Katsuzo Hirata is the animation character designer, and Taichi Hatanaka is the animation producer.
The anime stars:
- Hiro Shimono as Reo Kamiki
- Naomi Ōzora as Rio Kamiki
- Kana Asumi as Erina
- Daiki Yamashita as Alek
- Yū Kobayashi as Sera
- Maaya Uchida as Tiona
The anime is based on Bandai Namco Entertainment's God Eater Resonant Ops smartphone role-playing game, which will launch on iOS and Android devices this spring. The rest of the anime will stream within the app.
The game will be free to play and will have optional in-game items that cost extra. The game's moves the setting "at long last" toward the Fenrir Headquarters, four years after God Eater 2 Rage Burst in the year 2078.
The latest main game in the God Eater franchise, God Eater 3, is set for a release in Japan, Asia, Europe, and in the Americas on PlayStation 4 and PC.
The God Eater game franchise inspired a 13-episode television anime series in 2015. Aniplex of America released the anime with an English dub on Blu-ray Disc in two sets in November 2016 and January 2017.
