Uchi no Maid ga Uzasugiru! Anime Reveals Theme Song Artists
posted on by Rafael Antonio Pineda
The official website for the television anime of Kanko Nakamura's Uchi no Maid ga Uzasugiru! (Our Maid is Way Too Annoying!) manga revealed the anime's theme song artists last week. Haruka Shiraishi and Manami Numakura are performing both the opening and ending theme songs as their respective characters. Both songs are as-yet untitled, but the CD singles for both songs will ship in separate releases on October 24.
The site previously streamed the anime's first promotional video in July.
The anime stars:
- Haruka Shiraishi as Misha (left in image below)
- Manami Numakura as Tsubame (right in image below)
The anime will premiere in October.
The manga centers on Misha, a little girl who lost her mother at an early age, and now lives with her father. Her father employs a maid named Tsubame, who was a former Self-Defense Force official, and is also a lolicon.
Masahiko Ohta and Takashi Aoshima — the director and series head writer, respectively, of Himouto! Umaruchan, Gabriel DropOut, and Mitsudomoe — are reuniting in the same roles for the new anime at Doga Kobo (Himouto! Umaruchan, Himōto! Umaru-chan R, Gabriel DropOut). Jun Yamazaki (Three Leaves, Three Colors) is designing the characters.
Nakamura launched the manga in Futabasha's Manga Action magazine in August 2016. Futabasha published the manga's third compiled book volume on April 12.
