MANGA Plus is releasing the manga digitally in English, and it describes the story:

Amano (Reborn!, ēlDLIVE) launched the manga on Shueisha's Shonen Jump+ website and app in October 2020. Shueisha published the manga's 17th volume on June 4.
The first season of the manga's anime adaptation premiered in October 2023. Crunchyroll streamed the anime as it aired under the title Ron Kamonohashi's Forbidden Deductions.
The anime's second season premiered on October 7. Crunchyroll also streamed the second season as it aired.
The manga also inspired a stage play that ran in Tokyo and Osaka in November.
