Other cast members include Shintarō Yūya as Keito Dōi, Kaito Hori as Kaiho Asahi, Keisuke Teranaka as Genichirō Kumakura, Shunsaku Kudō as Seizō Dōi, and Maju Ozawa as Keika Dōi.

The yakuza crime BL manga centers on Kataoka, a young lieutenant in a yakuza group, and his underling Odajima. When Kataoka does something drastic that puts the heat on him, the group tells him to take a trip and let things cool down, with Odajima trusted to take care of him. Odajima does everything for Kataoka, from groceries to sex. But Odajima is also trusted with another grim task: to kill Kataoka.
Akita Shoten published the manga in one compiled book volume in February 2020. Akita Shoten is also re-releasing the manga in two volumes. The first volume shipped on February 25, and the second volume will ship on September 25.
Seven Seas Entertainment previously published Asai's Alice in the Country of Clover: Knight's Knowledge and Alice in Twin World: Love, Storms, and Flower Clocks manga, part of the larger Alice in the Country of Hearts franchise, which originated as otome game visual novels.
