First Collaboration with Rurouni Kenshin

Kenshin Himura, the legendary wandering samurai, serves as the inspiration for this unique collection of a kimono cardigan and a crossbody bag.

■Kenshin Himura Model Reversible Kimono Cardigan
Inspired by Kenshin Himura and his duality, this reversible kimono cardigan reflects his desire to leave his dark past behind him and live as “Kenshin Himura” in the new Meiji era.
One side represents the current Kenshin Himura: using the reddish tones of his kimono as the base color, the symbolic scar on Kenshin's face is featured on the upper back. The other side of the cardigan is reminiscent of the time when Kenshin was known as the deadly swordsman Battōsai Himura. Its deep indigo imitates the color scheme of the kimono that Battōsai used to wear.
■Kenshin Himura Model Crossbody Bag
The simple yet stylish design of this crossbody bag cleverly connects Kenshin Himura's past and present. The pattern at the base of the shoulder strap mimics the handle pattern of Kenshin's katana. The belt and the buckle of the front pocket are modeled after his iconic reverse-blade sword and its handguard. When opened, the flap reveals the first wound left on Kenshin's face, embroidered in red. Close it to overlay the second cut and complete his famous cross-shaped scar.
