Plot Summary:
In the future humanity is spread throughout the galaxy. In their efforts to combat criminal espers the Cosmo Police are fortunate to have Justy on their side. However the esper criminals also know this and some of them are making plans for Cosmo Policeman Justy. As their leader says "There's only one way to kill the most powerful esper in the galaxy".
Justy is a talented esper cosmo-policeman. Feared by many criminals, they join forces on an attempt to murder him. The plan involves Astaris, daughter of a criminal Justy killed, but whom he has been taking care of ever since.

Sugar: A Little Snow Fairy DVD 1... what it does have is a quality that seems to have gone missing from the industry as of late. It's honest. One of the last few honest anime shows.
