VTuber Suisei Hoshimachi Makes Cover of Forbes Japan 30 Under 30

3D animator Nashi and animator Kerorira also made Forbes Japan's 30 Under 30 list

VTuber Suisei Hoshimachi revealed on Monday that she has made the cover of this year's October issue of Forbes Japan for the magazine's "30 Under 30" edition. ANN Japan based staff confirmed the magazine cover.

The magazine also features an interview with the VTuber highlighting her career and what led her to become a VTuber.

Suisei Hoshimachi began her VTubing career in 2018. Following her debut the VTuber became affiliated with Hololive Productions through its INoNaKa Music label. Suishei Hoshimachi released her first single "Next Color Planet" in March 2020, which was soon followed by her debut album Still Still Steller in September 2021. She performed theme songs for the 2024 film trapezium and the Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX's anime.

Two other people involved in the anime industry, Nashi and Kerorira, were also highlighted in Forbes Japan's "30 Under 30" list. Nashi is a newcomer to the anime industry. According to Forbes Japan, the animator got his or her start during the COVID-19 lockdowns, learning animation independently with the animation software Blender. Nashi was recruited by independent animation studio Studio Wrong in January 2025 and has worked on the series Betty to Seeka.

Kerorira is an established animator, having worked on series such as Bocchi the Rock!, My Dress-Up Darling, and Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch From Mercury.. According to Forbes Japan, Keroria has partnered with director Keiichirō Saitō for an animator development project within animation studio Clover Works.
