I really hope this show gets the love and attention that's on par with the popular boys'-led sports anime that tends to gets more often. It's actually baffling there hasn't been a girls' sports anime that becomes a long-running hit and acts as a direct counterpoint for the other successful boys' sports shows.

Seems like female-led sports anime (that aren't sold entirely on fanservice) kind of died out, sadly. Aim for the Ace and Attack no. 9 are classics and there have been a handful after that, but they're not as common these days. Sad
