Love Live! Sunshine's Riko Sakurauchi's 7-Eleven Design is More Than a Little Extra

Last September, Love Live! Sunshine!! character Riko Sakurauchi (voiced by Rikako Aida) overtook Yō Watanabe (voiced by Shuka Saitō) to win 7-Eleven's "image girl" popularity poll. Character designer Yūhei Murota was hard at work designing Riko's 7-Eleven victory outfit that in turn will be made into a limited edition figure. The design was finally unveiled on Thursday and Aida was on hand to host the image reveal.

Aida comments that the 7-Eleven school uniform design is cute. There are quite a few elements going on in the image from ruffles upon ruffles to belts, roses, and plaid accents.

Alter will release the figure based on it soon. What do you think of Riko's design?
