Voice Actress Atsumi Tanezaki Reduces Workload Due to Health

SPY x FAMILY/Frieren cast member has been following medical professionals' guidance since last year

The Haikyō cooperative announced on Tuesday that voice actress Atsumi Tanezaki is limiting some of her work activities due to health. Haikyō explained that she had been continuing to work under the guidance of medical professionals since last year, but she decided her recovery must take precedence for now. The cooperative apologized to her fans and those involved in her work for the worry and trouble caused, and vowed to work for her quick recovery.

Tanezaki's numerous roles include Chise in The Ancient Magus' Bride, Dai in Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai, Anya Forger in SPY x FAMILY, and the title character in Frieren: Beyond Journey's End. She plays Isabel Norton in the Secrets of the Silent Witch television anime, which is set to premiere on Friday.
