Anime will air on weekdays at 8:00 p.m.

Philippine channel Yey! announced via a commercial last Saturday that it will air a Filipino-dubbed version of the first season of the My Hero Academia anime. The anime will premiere on May 7, and will air on weekdays at 8:00 p.m.

Dubbing director Daisy May Cariño previously revealed last November that she was directing a Filipino dub of the anime, and stated that ABS-CBN is in charge of the dub.

The first 13-episode season of the anime based on Kōhei Horikoshi's original manga premiered in April 2016. The second season premiered in April 2017. Animax Asia aired simulcasts of both seasons as they aired in Japan.

The third season premiered in Japan on April 7.

An upcoming anime film, titled My Hero Academia THE MOVIE, will premiere this summer. The movie will show the previously unrevealed past of a certain character, and will also feature the characters of Class A.
