Anime Limited Plans 2021 Cinema Release of Violet Evergarden: The Movie And Others (Updated)

Anime Limited has announced it has acquired numerous films, which it plans to release in cinemas in 2021 if the Covid situation permits; it will also release them on home formats.
The announcements were made during the Cloud Matsuri online festival which is currently streaming on the event's website at https://www.cloudmatsuri.com/ and on its YouTube channel as https://www.youtube.com/alltheanime.
The following films were announced as being planned for cinema release:
Violet Evergarden: The Movie (pictured right) - This is the film that was released in Japan in September 2020, not to be confused with the earlier film Violet Evergarden I: Eternity and the Auto Memory Doll.
Masaaki Yuasa's film INU-OH - A period drama about two boy musicians in long-ago Japan.
Lupin III THE FIRST (pictured left) - The first 3D CG Lupin the Third film, released in Japan in 2019.
Josee, The Tiger and the Fish - Drama involving a youth and a young wheelchair-bound woman, animated by Studio Bones.
Shika no Ō (The Deer King) - A Production I.G fantasy film about a world in the grip of a virus, from a book by Nahoko Uehashi (Moribito - Guardian of the Spirit)
Omoi, Omoware, Furi, Furare (Love Me, Love Me Not), pictured right - A shojo anime film, directed by Toshimasa Kuroyanagi (The Great Passage, Say "I love you.", Shōnen Hollywood - Holly Stage for 49) at A-1 Pictures.
A reissue of The End of Evangelion together with Evangelion: Death (True)²
On-Gaku - Independent anime film about would-be boy musicians.
4K version of Satoshi Kon's Millennium Actress
4K version of Makoto Shinkai's your name.
Anime Limited also announced that it will release a vinyl soundtrack of Netflix's BEASTARS in 2021, as well as the Attack on Titan Season 2 soundtrack in both standard (three LPs) and deluxe (five LPs) editions.
