Lumica Debuts Cyalume Dance World Battle 2019 in Hawaii at Kawaiikon
Winner to Receive Free Trip to Tokyo, Japan to Compete in World Championship in 2020!
Honolulu, Hawaii – March 30, 2019 – For the first time ever, the Cyalume Dance World Battle will be held as a regional qualifier in Honolulu, Hawaii at Kawaiikon 2019 on April 6, 2019 (Saturday). The dance tournament begins at 3pm, sign up at the Lumica Stage inside Exhibit Hall next to the itasha cars before then and show off your best Cyalume dance moves. We'll supply the glow sticks, you supply the funk. The best performer as determined by our judges will win a trip to Tokyo in 2020 to compete in the world finals!

Entry details:
1. Register yourself at the Lumica Stage before the competition starts. (One individual dancer per stage, no groups or duos)
2. Please come in comfortable and movable clothing and shoes.
3. Each participant will be supplied with official Lumica Light 6” Daisenko Arc Kiwami Orange glow sticks before dancing.
4. Only the supplied Daisenko glow stick is allowed to be used during competition.
5. Choose one song from the following playlist: Peace Sign/Kenshi Yonezu, IGNITE/Eir Aoi, Senbonzakura/Hatsune Miku, Zenzenzense/RADWIMPS, ADAMAS/LiSA, Paradisus-Paradoxum/MYTH&ROID
6. Your turn on stage is based on order of entry.
7. You will have 30 seconds to perform.
8. Express yourself at the climax of the song.
9. All participants will battle in a dance tournament, the winner of which will qualify for a trip to the Cyalume Dance World Battle Championship held in Tokyo in January 2020.
Battle rules:
1. Do not throw glow sticks.
2. Do not use bad language or gestures during performance.
3. Be respectful and send your warm cheers to everyone.
Championship Battle in Tokyo:
The regional winner of the Hawaii tournament will be invited to the January 2020 Final Battle Stage in Tokyo. Roundtrip airfare and hotel for two nights will be provided. Competition results and news about other regional battles will be posted to our Facebook page at https://www.Facebook.com/lumicalight/ and to our Twitter feed at https://Twitter.com/Lumica_USA
