A Brand New Anime Trailer for Japanese VR Title Dyschronia: Chronos Alternate

Tokyo, Japan / December 2nd, 2022 Japanese developer MyDearest is proud to present the newest trailer for the highly anticipated second episode of the critically-acclaimed Dyschronia: Chronos Alternate series on Meta Quest 2. The narrative trailer being released today is produced and animated in-house at MyDearest, giving existing fans new context as they proceed into Episode II. New players will be able to get a glimpse of the world of Dyschronia before the second installment and see if the story or plot appeal to them before they jump in.

You may recognize some of the incredible Japanese voice talent in the trailer and from the game, such as Fairouz Ai Kadota who plays Systelia in Dyschronia and roles like Power in Chainsaw Man or Jolene in JoJo's Bizarre Adventures. Dyschronia: Chronos Alternate pulls in popular and talented voice actors from the world of gaming and anime, such as Yūsuke Kobayashi who plays Byleth in the Fire Emblem series.

The latest journey begins on December 8th, 2022 for $14.99 as Downloadable Content to Dyschronia: Chronos Alternate Episode I. The first episode remains one of the highest-rated games on the Meta Quest Store by critics and users alike.

Dyschronia: Chronos Alternate takes place in the city of Astrum Close where the crime rate is only 0.001%. Protagonist Hal Scion is a young investigator who possesses a special ability called “Memory Dive” that allows him to see into and alter the past and he uses this ability to collect evidence for investigations. When the founder of Astrum Close is found dead, Hal must take up the case in order to solve this theoretically “impossible” murder.
